Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- EL DERMIS PVT LTD also retains the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion (e.g., unusually large quantities, suspected non-personal use, incomplete/incorrect information).
Returns & Exchanges
Exchange Request Window
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
Products NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange (unless received damaged/expired):
- Edible/perishable items (e.g., supplements, consumables)
- Personalized or made-to-order products
- Skincare products that are opened/used
- Sale items (including Flash Sale and Clearance Sale)
- Face masks
- Medicines, serums, or medical-grade formulations
- Partially used combo kits
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and sealed (especially for consumables).
- Must be in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Requests made after 7 days post-delivery will not be accepted.
- Products that are used, altered, tampered, or missing original packaging are not eligible.
- Combo packs/kits must be returned completely; partially opened kits are not eligible.
How many days after purchase can I return?
- Exchange/return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
How do I raise an exchange request?
Step 1: Mention your Order ID and send a photograph of the package to [support@eldermis.com].
Step 2: We will arrange a free pick-up. Please ensure the product is unused and in original packaging. Keep the pick-up slip safe.
Step 3: After a quality check at our warehouse, we will offer either an exchange or store credit, as per our policy.
If the exchange product is unavailable, store credit will be provided, and you will be notified when the product is back in stock.
Note: The first exchange is free of cost. Subsequent exchanges may incur charges borne by the customer.
Damaged / Expired Products
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo/video proof.
- Contact us at [support@eldermis.com] or call our customer care helpline.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after warehouse inspection & verification of returned items.
- Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after inspection.
- It may take 7–14 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds require bank account details or can be issued to your EL DERMIS Wallet for future use.
